Hi Everyone!

 

Our Daytime Youth Ministry Network is off and running. the next meeting will
be October 2nd.  I hope you can come. This month our learning topic will be
Fundraising.

 

NEW:  When you arrive at Advent, please park out back.  We'll let you in by
way of the kitchen so that we don't have to be buzzed in at the front door.

The Schedule:

10:00 am      Gather

10:30 am      Devotions and Prayer

11:00 am      Learning - Fundraising

12:30 pm      Lunch  (bring your own lunch, or order from local restaurant)

1:00 pm        Tool Time - Helping Hurting Kids

1:15 pm        Wrap Up

 

NEW! Tool Time:  We all have knowledge about our work in youth & family
ministry that others could benefit from.  You can sign up to share your own
ideas, brainstorm with others, and tell about great resources that have
worked for you!  On October 2 we are going to use the article "Help for
Hurting Kids - 10 things you can do to make a difference" as the
conversation starter - bring whatever resources you have to share.
