UPDATE! LYO Jr. High Gathering - NEW LOCATION and COST!

Due to Hurricane Ike, our previous location for this event (Sheraton North)
is no longer available to host the LYO Jr. High Gathering.  This change has
allowed us the opportunity to break out of the hotel box and have a lock-in
for this year for a much lower cost.  We will still do all the things you
look forward to at a gathering-like, worship, small group Bible study,
music, speaker and, of course, the dance.  Our time on Saturday afternoon
will be dedicated to service projects that respond to real needs of those
affected by Hurricane Ike.  $25 of each person's registration fee will go to
fund supplies for these projects.  We will look forward to having you at
this year's event!

 

UPDATED REGISTRATION INFO:

Cost:  $85 per person 
(includes housing programming, meals, and service project supplies)

Online registration is open again at www.soggyshoes.org.  The signed forms
that you may have already collected for your group are still GOOD for this
updated event.  Questions? Contact Event Registrar at

Final postmark deadline is Thursday, October 30th

Late registrations are $105 per person on space available basis.

In order to receive the $85 per person rate, info must be completed online,
and the signed forms with one check must be postmarked by Thursday, October
30th

Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel on or before Friday, November
7, 2008 are entitled to a full refund. There are NO refunds after Friday,
November 7, 2008. However, substitutions after that date may be made for $20
per person.

PROGRAMMING NOTES:

Event check-in will be on Saturday from 9am-9:45am with programming
beginning at 10am

Housing-groups will be housed at local congregations and worship with those
congregations on Sunday morning.
